The results I have achieved to date are largely due to Marty's perfect combination of diverse training methods, individualized exercise programs & challenging yet achievable goal settings. Marty really encourages me, and pushes me to do more always. He has confidence in me when I don't have confidence in myself and that really means a lot. He has been very professional and flexible with his schedule. He's made our sessions a lot of fun and comfortable for me and it's something I actually look forward to now. The pounds have come off as well as the inches so it's been a great experience. His professionalism, extensive knowledge and enthusiastic commitment to his work and his clients, provides the perfect scenario for success and sets foundations for a healthier lifestyle. I have worked with Marty for more than 18 months. We have progressed from an original program of strength training to incorporating several elements of the TPI (Titleist) program for increased flexibility, balance and mobility. I feel that the physical training program Marty has designed for me is the key reason that I can still compete at a high level. In 1998, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Emotionally, that was a very difficult thing to hear, let alone taking into consideration the physical implications. Since that time, my condition had worsened to the point that walking was a problem. Any sort of physical activity was increasingly out of the question because it was a constant reminder that I couldn't do things that I used to do. I was in a physical downward spiral and it seemed to have no end. This past Christmas, my husband noting my downturn, purchased 2 months worth of personal training sessions with Marty. I was so excited because Marty could come to my house and help me do things that I wouldn't be comfortable doing in a gym AND he shows up at my front door. I can't chicken out or make an excuse to miss my workout. After starting early this year, I have blown away any expectations that I had and recently just walked 1.25 miles on my treadmill which I haven't been able to do in years. My attitude and life have truly pulled a 180 and I couldn't be happier. I feel so comfortable with him as I have exposed my weakness and he is helping make them strengths. He is courteous, encouraging, knowledgeable, understanding, prompt and absolutely focused on me and my progress. I would recommend him to anyone at any fitness level to help make your life better.
